Velare Coffee is a trading name of Coffee Latitude, a sole trader business operated by Matthew Bland in England, United Kingdom.

For UK data protection purposes, the data controller is Matthew Bland trading as Coffee Latitude.
2. Information we collect
Order and account information may include your name, billing and delivery address, email address, telephone number and purchase history.
Technical and behavioural information may include your IP address, device type, browser data, pages visited, interaction with site content and QR-linked content engagement.
We may also collect email subscription preferences, campaign engagement data and feedback you choose to provide.
Payment details are processed securely by third-party providers. Velare Coffee does not store full payment card details.
3. How we use your information
We use personal data to process and fulfil orders, provide customer support, send order confirmations and tracking updates, improve the website, develop products and understand customer experience. We send marketing updates where you have given consent.
We do not sell or rent personal data.
4. Fulfilment and service partners
We may share relevant information with fulfilment providers, courier networks, payment processors and website technology platforms to provide these services.
Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled: Shopify uses customer data from this store together with data from other Shopify interactions to improve products, ad targeting and personalisation. 5. Marketing and feedback permissions
If you subscribe, we may send product announcements, coffee content, educational materials and launch communications. You may unsubscribe using the link in our emails or by contacting us.
Permission to publish your feedback as a testimonial and permission to send marketing emails are separate choices. Submitting feedback does not by itself subscribe you to marketing.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to meet legal obligations, maintain accounting records, provide customer service and support product warranty or safety enquiries.
