And in most of the UK, the water is hard — or very hard.
As we continue to build Velare, we’re developing a simple, sustainable way to improve everyday coffee using the water you already have at home.
For now, here are a few small things you can do today:
• Use filtered or softened water if you have it
• Try a softer mineral water such as Ashbeck, Volvic, or Highland Spring
• Descale your kettle regularly for a cleaner, calmer brew
