Why freeze-dried?
Freeze-drying uses a low-temperature process to help preserve the coffee’s aroma and original character.
The result is clean, consistent coffee that is ready in seconds with hot or cold water—without a grinder, machine or specialist technique.
Hot preparation
Add 1–2 teaspoons to 200ml of hot water. Stir and adjust to taste. Add milk if preferred.
Cold preparation
Add 1–2 teaspoons to a glass and stir with a small amount of cold water until dissolved. Serve over fresh ice, then top with cold water or milk.
