VELARE COFFEE — TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Velare Coffee website and the purchase of products from our store.

By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Company Information

Velare Coffee is a trading name of Coffee Latitude, a sole trader business operated by Matthew Bland, in England, United Kingdom.

For the purposes of UK data protection law, the data controller is Matthew Bland trading as Coffee Latitude.

2. Product Nature & Availability

Velare Coffee products are produced in limited batches and supplied via authorised fulfilment partners.

We reserve the right to:

  • modify product ranges
  • withdraw products without notice
  • adjust pricing where necessary
  • limit quantities per customer

All product descriptions are presented in good faith but may evolve as part of our ongoing product development process.

3. Orders & Acceptance

An order is considered accepted only once:

  • payment has been authorised
  • stock availability has been confirmed
  • dispatch preparation has begun

Velare Coffee reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order where:

  • pricing errors occur
  • fulfilment becomes impossible
  • fraud or misuse is suspected

A full refund will be issued in such cases.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP.

Prices may change at any time prior to order confirmation.

Payment must be received in full before dispatch.

Velare Coffee uses secure third-party payment processors and does not store full payment card details.

5. Delivery & Fulfilment

Orders may be shipped from multiple fulfilment partners.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not contractual guarantees.

Velare Coffee cannot be held liable for delays caused by:

  • courier disruption
  • weather events
  • customs or transport issues
  • high-volume launch periods

6. Risk & Ownership

Risk in goods transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the courier.

Ownership of goods transfers once full payment has been received.

7. Consumable Product Responsibility

Coffee and related consumables are food products.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Safe storage
  • appropriate preparation
  • checking product suitability

Velare Coffee cannot accept liability for misuse or improper storage.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Customers must review that policy before purchasing.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

All brand assets, text, imagery, and design elements remain the intellectual property of Velare Coffee unless stated otherwise.

  • Misuse the website
  • attempt unauthorised access
  • copy or reproduce proprietary content
  • interfere with site functionality

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:

Velare Coffee shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from product use or website access.

Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
