Try Colombian and Brazilian Velare freeze-dried Arabica for £5, plus UK delivery at cost. Delivery is charged separately at checkout; Velare adds no margin to it.

Discovery Pairs are prepared in weekly batches. Order by Tuesday at 12 noon for Wednesday dispatch. Orders placed after the cut-off move to the following Wednesday. Dispatch is when your parcel leaves Velare; delivery follows according to the carrier service shown at checkout.

• 1 × 5g Brazilian freeze-dried Arabica tasting pouch
• Velare tasting and response card

Colombia — milk chocolate, mulled fruit and soft citrus brightness.

Brazil — roasted hazelnut, cocoa depth and gentle caramel warmth.

How to taste

1. Prepare each origin separately. Begin with a small amount of coffee in your usual mug.
2. Rest the kettle for 30 seconds, then pour into each mug.
3. Stir, taste and add more coffee or water until it tastes right to you. Taste both black first, then adjust to your preference.

After tasting, scan the enclosed QR code or visit the Discovery Pair response page to tell us which origin you preferred. With your separate permission, your words may be used as a Velare customer testimonial.
