Velare dissolves cleanly in cold water, allowing a structured iced coffee without brewing, cooling, or dilution.

Preparation

Add one to two teaspoons to a glass.
Stir with a small amount of cold water until dissolved.

Serve over fresh ice, then top with cold water or milk.
