My name is Matthew Bland and I am the founder of Velare Coffee.

After decades spent building businesses, leading teams and solving operational challenges, I became increasingly interested in a problem that exists throughout the coffee industry: complexity.

For many people, great coffee has become associated with more equipment, more variables and more effort.

More grinders.

More gadgets.

More rules.

More time.

Yet most people simply want a consistently excellent cup of coffee that fits into real life.

That observation became the starting point for Velare Coffee.

Why Velare Exists

Velare Coffee was created to explore a different approach to specialty coffee.

One that prioritises clarity, consistency and simplicity.

We focus on premium freeze-dried coffee because it offers something unique:

The ability to deliver high-quality coffee without requiring expensive equipment, specialist knowledge or a complicated brewing routine.

Our goal is not to replace traditional coffee preparation.

It is to create another path.

A calmer path.

One that allows great coffee to fit naturally into modern life.

Velare Coffee is being built deliberately.

We are not trying to become the biggest coffee company.

We are trying to become one of the most trusted.
