We offer the following delivery options for UK mainland orders:

Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days

Free Tracked Delivery — £0.00
Automatically applied to orders of £75.00 and over

Delivery options and timings are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

3.3 Dispatch Times
• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days (subject to stock availability).
• Dispatch times may vary depending on the product type and fulfilment partner.
• Tracking information is emailed once your order leaves our fulfilment partner.

3.4 Carriers
• Hardware & Accessories: shipped via Brewed by Hand (BBH)’s courier network.
• Coffee Products: shipped via our approved fulfilment partners.

3.5 Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or missed collection, additional redelivery fees may apply.

3.6 Returns & Refunds
If you change your mind about an order, return shipping costs are non-refundable.
