1. Delivery Area

Velare Coffee currently delivers to United Kingdom mainland addresses only.
We plan to expand delivery regions as the business develops.

2. Delivery Method

All orders are shipped using tracked courier services via our authorised fulfilment partners.
Delivery options and estimated arrival times are shown clearly at checkout before payment is taken.

3. Delivery Cost

A flat tracked delivery fee applies to all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.
From time to time, Velare Coffee may offer promotional delivery incentives as part of specific product launches or campaigns.

4. Dispatch Timing

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days.
Dispatch timing may vary during peak launch periods or limited-edition releases.
Customers receive tracking confirmation by email once the order has left our fulfilment partner.

5. Split Fulfilment

Where an order contains products supplied by different authorised partners, items may arrive in separate deliveries.
No additional delivery charge will apply for this.

6. Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery address details are accurate at the time of order.

If a parcel is returned due to:
• incorrect address
• failed delivery attempts
• refusal of delivery

Velare Coffee reserves the right to deduct actual return and redelivery costs from any refund issued.

7. Delivery Issues

If an order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, customers must notify Velare Coffee within 5 days of the expected delivery date so that a courier investigation can be opened promptly.
