2.1 Hardware & Accessories

  • All hardware (machines, grinders, brewers, etc.) supplied by Brewed by Hand (BBH) includes the manufacturer’s standard UK warranty (usually 12 months).

  • To make a claim, email warranties@brewedbyhand.com with your proof of purchase, serial number, and a brief description of the issue.

  • BBH will handle troubleshooting, replacement, or collection where applicable.

  • For Sage products, customers should contact Sage UK directly for warranty service.

2.2 Coffee Products

  • All Velare Coffee products roasted by Masteroast are guaranteed fresh for 6 months from roast date.

  • If you believe a batch is defective, contact hello@velarecoffee.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and batch code.

  • Replacement or refund will be arranged as appropriate.

2.3 Limitations

Warranty coverage does not include:

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorised repair.

  • Issues arising from poor water quality or scale build-up.

    This policy is governed by UK law and complies with the **Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013**.  
    All warranties, returns, and fulfilment services are provided in partnership with **Brewed by Hand Ltd** (hardware) and **Masteroast Coffee Co.** (roasted coffee products). Â
