2.1 Hardware & Accessories

All hardware (machines, grinders, brewers, etc.) supplied by Brewed by Hand (BBH) includes the manufacturer’s standard UK warranty (usually 12 months).

To make a claim, email warranties@brewedbyhand.com with your proof of purchase, serial number, and a brief description of the issue.

BBH will handle troubleshooting, replacement, or collection where applicable.

For Sage products, customers should contact Sage UK directly for warranty service.
2.2 Coffee Products

All Velare Coffee products roasted by Masteroast are guaranteed fresh for 6 months from roast date.

If you believe a batch is defective, contact hello@velarecoffee.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and batch code.

Replacement or refund will be arranged as appropriate.
2.3 Limitations
Warranty coverage does not include:

Normal wear and tear.

Accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorised repair.

Issues arising from poor water quality or scale build-up.
